The Andis Replacement Blade Drive Assembly contains the complete assembly parts used for most of the professional pet clippers which include models AG, BDC, BG, DBLC, MBG, SMC, RDLC. Blade drives are wearable parts for Andis clippers that should be replaced on a regular basis. It is recommended that blade drive be replaced every 30 to 60 days depending on grooming volume. Signs that indicated a blade drive needs to be changed include a darkening in color, increased vibration and sound during clipping, and sharp blades do not provide a clean cut.
